1. Open Searching on Windows

2. Open Active Directory User and Computers

3. Select id.pouchen.com

4. Right Click id.pouchen.com Select Find

4. Select to Users, Contacts, and Groups

6. Fill 1 Account name and click Find

7. Select Result Name and click Reset Password

8. Setting Password, Unchecklist and click Reset Password

9. Check Login with New Password
